UKs key to winning most golds at the 2012 ever since 1908?

An interesting discussion came up today at our roundtables.  Sometimes being surrounded by dozens of Arjuna Awardees and stellar athletes with exceptional track records behind them can be something that we lesser folks from the ''banking'' world can start to take for granted! 

My banker toils at work have included pulling an all nighter for a client pitch, or heading a team to close a massive deal in record team or leading a branch to a phenomenal client win!

Nutrition at various points in time - depending on which city I was posted at the time have included:
pizza
donut
chocolate chip cookies
sodas - assorted - tea - coffee
pizza
bhel
curd-rice
fruit
pizza
dhokla
cake
pau bhaji
sev puri
fruit
pizza
SAMOSA :)

and now moving to my colleagues while they are at ''work'' while competing!

It involves an entire area of study!  Its called Sports Nutrition!
And was the key to UK winning the maximum number of medals at the Olympic games ever!
